Chi Kung
Chi Kung is a Chinese phrase that translates into English as "Energy Skill". By adopting carefully-studied body positions, and regulating breathing and mind activity, various Chi Kung methods seek to achieve the same goal: personal cultivation of Vital Energy (chi) in order to cure illness, maintain good health, and prolong life.
We teach an organized five-part program of study taught to Horacio since 1985 by Master B.K. Frantzis (author of Opening Energy Gates of the Body and The Power of Internal Martial Arts).
The exercises of Chi Kung are as valuable, and as accessible, to a senior citizen recovering from an injury or illness, as they are to a young person or a competitive athlete. Chi Kung is a skill that develops through continued personal practice and perseverance.
